If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

This Policy applies to all orders placed on jullyvoss.com.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Be free from stains, odours, or signs of wear

  • Have all original tags and labels attached

  • Be returned in the original packaging or equivalent

  • Be requested within 30 days from the delivery date

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.


3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, lingerie, or intimate apparel

  • Swimwear without a hygienic seal

  • Earrings and other pierced jewellery

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items clearly marked as non-returnable

If an item is not eligible for return, this will be stated on the product page.


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at support@jullyvoss.com

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos (required for defective/damaged items)

Do not ship your item back without our authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

After approval, you will receive:

  • The return address

  • Step-by-step instructions

  • Any required documentation

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

We do not process automatic exchanges (size, colour, or product).

If you want to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return

  2. Receive your refund once the item is approved

  3. Place a new order for the size or colour you prefer

In certain cases, if stock is available, our team may authorize a direct replacement without requiring the item to be returned — this is evaluated individually.


6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified by email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds are processed in CAD

  • Banks typically take 5–10 business days to post the refund

Important notes:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund


7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

If confirmed, we will offer:

  • A free replacement

  • A full refund

  • Or another appropriate solution

We may ask you to return the item, or in some cases, may allow disposal or donation.


8. Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check your mailbox or parcel locker

  2. Confirm delivery with neighbours or building management

  3. Verify your shipping address

  4. Check for delivery notices and tracking updates

If the parcel cannot be located, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer
