Refund and Return Policy – Jully Voss

At Jully Voss, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms detailed below.
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without the need to provide a reason or pay any penalty.
Jully Voss extends this period to 30 days from the date of delivery to offer greater flexibility. To exercise this right, please notify us before the 30-day period expires.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

The product must not show any damage, stains, or alterations caused by the customer.
Non-returnable items include:

Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery (if hygiene seals have been removed).

Personalised or customised products.

Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at support@jullyvoss.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide detailed instructions as well as a prepaid return label (for eligible orders).
Returned items must be dispatched within 7 days of receiving return approval.
4. Return Costs
Returns within the United Kingdom are free of charge. A prepaid return label will be provided.
For orders shipped outside the UK (if applicable), customers are responsible for their own return postage unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time (up to 2 billing cycles) for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not currently available.
If you wish to receive a different size, colour, or product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@jullyvoss.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographs or evidence may be requested to verify the issue.
Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs paid.
8. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Care team.
An investigation will be opened with the courier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must follow the return process.
10. Return Address
The return address and shipping instructions will be confirmed by our Customer Care team by email before you send any parcel.
All returns are received and processed through our registered UK facility.
